Meal Reservation Deadline is October 16th
Due to the rising costs of hotel meals, we have priced our meals to break even and have not increased prices to include complimentary meals. The reduced lodging rates and other hotel benefits are contingent upon meeting a food and beverage minimum, so we encourage your participation in the meals.

Hotel Reservations
The conference will take place at The Silver Legacy Resort Casino, 407 N Virginia St, Reno, NV 89501. We have secured a special group rate of $59 for Wednesday and Thursday nights, $99 for Friday and Saturday nights, plus taxes and fees. Please note that the booking deadline is October 7th, however, we recommend making your reservations as soon as possible, as the room block may sell out prior to this date. Parking is complimentary at the hotel, and a hospitality room will be available for your convenience and enjoyment. Please be advised that the hotel does. offer a shuttle service from the airport. For those traveling by air from outside the region, The Reno-Tahoe international Airport is less then 5 miles from the Hotel.
Dress Code
Dress code for the conference will be business casual with a collared shirt and slacks. Buffet lunches will be served on both days. The Banquet will be Friday Evening, with a social hour commencing at 6:00 PM. Dinner will be served at 7:00PM. The dress code for the dinner is Business Casual. To secure your meal reservations, please complete either the attached form or the electronic form no later than October 16th. Additionally, a mandatory registration fee of $50.00 is required from each Companion or Sir Knight attending the conference, with the entry deadline also set for October 16th.

Colorado River Fall Festival 2026
Companions, Sir Knights, and Grand York Rite Masons, please see the attachments to this email as proper notice of the Colorado River Fall Festival that is to be held on the dates of: October 18, 19, and 20th . This is the 35th Anniversary of the festival, and Nevada participants should arrive with a large presence. Let’s get prepared to rally up our degree teams, and advance our local Blue Lodge Masons, and Companions that may need to finish their journey.
Note: Nevada is responsible for conferring the Royal and Select Master Degrees at 1:30pm on October 19, 2026. It is tradition that our Constitutions are used for all bodies when work is being done, and it’s our hosted regional event, so let’s approach this with favor! If you have performed in the Royal and Select Degrees in the past, please inform me if you plan to, and can keep your current role. We do have some Companions and Sir Knights that have stepped up to fill roles, but due to work and life schedules, it may not be best for them to attend. We plan to go with a Nevada team!
